I researched before I bought this monitor and I am very happy with my purchase. It is high quality and works perfect. No interference from wireless phones or internet. Receiver comes with a belt clip and rechargeable battery so it can be portable. It also plugs into the wall and will automatically charge when plugged in. The receiver beeps if battery is low and light flashes to remind you to plug it in.
I would highly recommend this monitor.

There are a lot of opinions on this system and it made for a hard decision when buying it. We bought this the end of January and very happy with it. It is used on a daily basis and works everywhere in the house and around the outside of the house. Have not found any dead spots. The camera is on the 2nd floor and can take the monitor to the basement at the opposite end without a problem.
Camera quality is excellent in both bright light and total darkness. Most impressive is the night vision portion. I have seen reviews with complaints about the quality, I guess that they are expecting High-Def in a system, which it is not. When used as a baby monitor you can see everything clearly and know what is happening. One review mentioned that you cannot turn off the picture and it is bright in your room, use the scan feature and it is not a problem. The monitor will turn off until audio is detected and it will then turn it on. Read more...

We have a 15 month old and another baby on the way. Our 15 month old started doing stunts in his crib where he would end up with his legs stuck between the crib bars. I would hear him crying in the middle of his nap, but not know that he was stuck, so I would try and let him cry himself back to sleep. Only he wouldn’t stop crying. When I went in to check him after he wouldn’t stop crying, I would find him stuck in the bars. Silly kid! I felt so bad, though, that he was crying and I didn’t know he was stuck. If I knew he was stuck I would have gone in right away, otherwise, he usually would cry himself back to sleep and finish his nap. Read more...

We purchased this item to add video coverage of our 1 month old’s nursery. I have read many reviews of video monitors on various sites, and this was the only one which had acceptable marks.
The monitor was super easy to setup and “configure”. I was initially concerned that without mounting it at an angle on a wall, I would not get full coverage of the crib. However, this monitor has an excellent wide angle of view, and the camera lens itself is adjustable to an extent. But what really floors me is the quality of the video! The picture is clear and crisp, and the night vision is stellar. We’ve experienced little, if any, interference (and we have multiple wireless devices functioning in our house – wifi, alarm system, etc) – occasionally, if we plug an additional electronic device into the same outlet, we’ll get a small static wave. But, it’s hardly noticeable and has not interfered with the picture. Read more...
